Novus will collect funds for losses based upon a conservative
view of the exposures, and to outperform those conservative
expectations based upon the aggressive and ongoing Loss Control
and Event Management Program.
Specific rates will depend on a detailed underwriting evaluation
of each prospective insured, and will vary depending on the
risk characteristics of the insured, the limits written and
the state in which the surgeon practices. We cannot provide
rates over the phone. A complete submission must be made to
